Rent Collection & Disbursement
Our lease states rent is due by the first, late on the second. This means we can pay you as quickly as possible, and more quickly identify potential problems with a tenant’s financial situation. Property owners receive payments (Owner Draw) automatically via ACH / EFT deposits to their accounts on or about the 10th of each month. No lost checks in the mail!
From showing your rental property and handling lease signing, detailed move-in inspections, and collection of security deposits to move-out inspections and disbursement of security deposit refunds, we handle these complex matters for you. In addition, we manage all communications with the tenants, insulating you from difficult issues.
Tenants can report and track maintenance issues 24/7 through their online tenant portal. All problems are quickly evaluated, discussed thoroughly as needed, then solved quickly.
