When you refer a tenant to us and we lease them a property we will pay you a minimum of 10% of one month’s rent. If and when that tenant decides to buy their own home we will refer him or her back to you; we won’t compete with you for your customer! If the tenant buys the home they are renting (and it wasn’t a rent-to-own to begin with) we will pay you a 20% referral fee.
You will notice near the end of the descriptions of each property a notation that looks like: [CO:40]. That indicates that if you show your customer one of our properties (vacant only, not occupied) and bring us a North Atlanta Realty, Inc. application, needed documents and checks for the application fee and reservation deposit we will pay you the percentage of one month’s rent that is indicated, in this case, 40%, after the tenant moves in. Down the road, when the tenant’s lease expires and they want to own their next home, we refer the tenant back to you.
So, you have a prospect who can’t qualify for a loan right now, or they need to save up for their down payment, or they just want to rent for a year or two until they learn the area and the market. Don’t just turn them out into the cold, cruel world: refer them to ProHome Rentals and be there when they’re ready to buy! Get paid now, and get paid later!
 Would your clients prefer to sell but consider renting to the right qualified tenant for a year or two until the market improves? We can co-list the property for lease while you have the exclusive sale listing. If you sell it - congratulations! - we are out of the picture. If we rent it, the owner will get a qualified tenant and cash flow while waiting out the market, and you get the listing back at the end of the lease.
We carefully screen our tenant prospects, including an Equifax credit report and Beacon score, lexis-nexis search of criminal and eviction records, income and landlord verifications and more. At the end of the lease, the listing is yours again.
Think of us as the Property Management Division of your real estate team. We handle all details of managing the property, tenant, and cash flow, then refer the owner back to you when they get ready to sell again.
