PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We are currently seeking Leasing Agents and experienced Property Managers to service an expanding client and customer base.

You must have a current valid Georgia real estate license in good standing, and accept a commission- based income commensurate with your level of skill and experience in the residential single family rental home industry.

The role of the Leasing Agent is to follow up on prospective tenant leads, show property to prospective tenants, solicit and receive rental applications and assist Property Managers with move-in and move-out inspections. 

We are looking for energetic, ambitious individuals whose goal is to advance to Property Manager status with a portfolio of rentals, all details of which they are responsible for, including marketing, application processing, lease interviews, move-ins, maintaining relationships with customers (tenants) and clients (landlords), evaluating maintenance requests, assigning vendors, conducting move-out inspections, and acquisition of new clients.

Except for bookkeeping and paying clients on a monthly basis, the Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, customers, and vendors

These are commission positions. You will be responsible for your transportation and tax reporting. You will be required to own a fairly recent, clean, well-maintained vehicle, a working computer, scanner/fax machine, and a modern cell phone with text and email capabilities. You will not be required to spend a certain amount of time in the office or stand floor duty.

A full-time property manager can expect to earn $45-65K per year, more if you are highly motivated and able to train an assistant, in which case your income is not limited by the number of properties you personally are able to manage.

Management’s goal is to have in place all the systems, infrastructure, education and instruction to help you develop and properly service a portfolio of any size. We currently have state-of-the-art property management software that can be accessed from any location. We are members of First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) of Atlanta and the non-profit educational National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). We offer a clean, casual, friendly office environment and a management team with many years hands-on experience to teach and help you grow. 

If you are someone who has a desire to be a part of the property management field but are not interested in devoting your time to managing a large portfolio, but still want a steady income to help support your family, we have a place for you, too.

MAINTENANCE

If you have a high degree of handyman skills - painting, sheet rock repairs, carpentry, can handle small pluming and electrical repairs - we want to talk to you! You must carry workman’s comp. and general liability insurance, be drug free, credit worthy, and have no past convictions for crimes against persons or property.

ACCOUNTANT

Part-time accountant, degree required, 3-4 days a month, to reconcile bank statements and file quarterly tax reporting. Skilled in Quickbooks and open learning new cloud-based property management software. Salary negotiable. This could be a Virtual position, working from home or elsewhere but priority given to local talent.
